Terms and Conditions:

Wedding Bookings

1.1 Your wedding booking date will be held tentatively for 2 weeks, from the date Kellsbeauty accepts your booking, if no deposit has been made.

1.2 To confirm and lock in your booking with Kellsbeauty a 30% deposit payment must be made within two weeks after invoice has been sent. 

If the 30% deposit is not received by Kellsbeauty within due time, the booking will be cancelled. Exceptions and extensions may apply at discretion.

1.3 100% of your remaining wedding cost is required to be paid 2 weeks before the wedding date.

1.4 If you decide you would like to cancel your booking, the deposit will be refunded only if you contact Kellsbeauty within a month before the wedding date. This has to be agreed by both parties. If you cancel your wedding less than one month before your booking, your deposit will not be refunded due to late cancellation and other bride’s missing out on that date.

Other Service Deposits

2.1 All other services require a 30% deposit or full payment upon booking.

The 30% deposit is to be paid, before your booking is secured. 

Cancellations

3.1 Once a booking of any other service has been made and deposit has been secured you have up to 48 hours before the booking to cancel in which the deposit can be refunded. If you choose to cancel within 48 hours before the booking you will not receive the deposit for refund.

3.2 If you are to pay the full amount upon booking in your service and should you choose to cancel the appointment before the 48 hours. The full payment will be returned. If you cancel within 48 hours before the appointment, only the remainder of the payment will be returned and the deposit will be held with Kellsbeauty as collateral as another client could have had this booking.

3.3 If you need to cancel your appointment due to illness/injury and are unable to reschedule, the deposit will be held as credit if you choose to rebook another time. You will be charged a cancellation fee of 15% of your total of the service if you do not reschedule your appointment.

Late Fees

4.1 If you are five-ten minutes late and you have not contacted Kellsbeauty, we will reach out to you to remind you of our late fee policy as a warning.

4.2 If you are unable to attend the appointment or running late, and have not made contact with Kellsbeauty for more than 15 minutes past the appointment time your appointment will be canceled. The deposit will not be refunded and a further charge of 50% of the total of the appointment from the service you have booked will be expected. 

Problems Concerning Service 

4.3 If after your service you are unhappy or find the outcome is not what you wanted you can make contact with KellsBeauty to find resolution. It is up to the discretion of Kellsbeauty if she is to rebook the service free of charge to help fix any issue or re-fund the original service.

4.4 If proper aftercare has been informed to the client and is not taken into consideration, it could result in the service causing issues, in which Kellsbeauty takes no fault of.

4.5 If any issues do occur contact to Kellsbeauty needs to be made within 48 hours after the appointment else no action will be taken.
